Frank Spaid<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founder and President <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Frank is a community-driven leader with over 30 years of business experience as a second chance employer across landscaping, general contracting, trucking\/towing management, and public service as a Pennsylvania State Constable. In 2025, he played a key role in the Code Blue Berwick initiative, collaborating with local partners to support people experiencing homelessness and even opening his warehouse for the town\u2019s first Code Blue shelter. Known for his hands-on approach and ability to connect with others, Frank has also led numerous community efforts, including food drives, COVID-era celebrations, veteran tributes, and charitable events. He lives in Mifflinville with his longtime partner and their daughter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Crystal Weiss, LCSW<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vice-President<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Central Pennsylvania, currently practicing in outpatient behavioral health at Stearns Lane. She holds a BSW from Bloomsburg University and an MSW from Marywood University. Her clinical experience includes addictions, mental health, and geriatric care, with a focus on aging and neurocognitive disorders. She has worked in inpatient geriatric psychiatry, Neuro ICU stepdown case management, and aging services, and has been practicing as a clinical social worker since 2023. She resides in Mifflinville with her daughter and long-term partner of 13 years.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

With over 30 years of management experience, she has built a strong track record overseeing staff, handling administrative operations, and managing financial responsibilities such as deposits. Her career reflects reliability, organization, and leadership across a variety of roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside of work, she has been married to her husband Chris since 1993 and is a proud parent of four children. She has deep roots in the Berwick area, where she has lived and raised her family.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

With over a decade of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I spent ten years dedicated to the care and comfort of others. That foundation of empathy and patience now fuels my passion as a local photographer, where I\u2019ve traded my scrubs for a lens to capture the most meaningful moments in people\u2019s lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jan Reid-Albertson<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Board Member, Grants Coordinator<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jan Reid-Albertson of Orangeville is a mother of four sons and daughters(in law) and a proud grandmother of eight. She retired after a 30-year career with Geisinger Health System, where she served as a Systems Analyst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following her retirement, Jan wanted to serve others through volunteer and community work. From May 2019 through September 2025, she worked and volunteered with AGAPE Love From Above to Our Community, supporting the organization and those in need. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is currently in training to become a State Health Insurance Assistance Program(SHIP) counselor at the Area Agency on Aging, where she will assist seniors in navigating complex healthcare decisions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jan also serves on the board of Berwick Area Transitional Services (BATS), and is involved in efforts to provide support, resources, and hope to those experiencing hardship. In her personal time, Jan enjoys gardening, canning, and cooking, and most of all cherishes attending her grandchildren\u2019s events and being an active part of their lives.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Jason Huff<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Co-Treasurer, Housing Advocate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jason Huff is an experienced engineering manager with over 34 years in the manufacturing industry, bringing a strong background in leadership, operations, and process improvement. In addition to his engineering career, he is a co-owner of a real estate company and works as a real estate agent and investor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He owns and manages the boarding house in Bloomsburg, focused on providing affordable, long-term housing for individuals who have experienced homelessness, changes in housing status, or other life challenges. His approach is straightforward\u2014offer a safe, stable, and respectful place to live while giving residents the opportunity to regain independence and move forward. Jason believes reliable housing is a key foundation for stability and takes pride in maintaining an environment where people feel supported and treated with dignity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jason is also actively involved with Berwick Area Transitional Services (BATS), where he will serve as co-treasurer and the housing advocate, supporting efforts to expand access to stable housing in the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He lives in Bloomsburg with his family and is a father of four, with three adult children and one still in high school. Outside of work and community involvement, Jason enjoys traveling, exploring new places, trying different food spots, visiting archaeological and historical sites, and listening to classic metal\/rock music. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Michelle Robbins is a lifelong resident of Berwick and a proud wife of 40 years. With over 25 years in the trucking industry, I\u2019ve gained valuable experience in management and ownership. My husband and I built our trucking company from the ground up, reflecting our values and dedication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe success is measured not just in miles or loads, but in how we treat people. I care deeply about others and their well-being, viewing self-care as a necessity. My love for animals is also an important part of my identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In business, I focus on treating people right, staying grounded, and prioritizing what truly matters.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Albert J Ryman<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IT and Digital Media Chair<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Albert Ryman is a young professional with experience in restaurant management. His attention to detail has served him well building skills in team leadership and overseeing business operations. During his time in restaurant management and paired with an interest in computers, he also developed knowledge of technological systems and IT support. He currently works as a commercial roofing contractor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With an interest in behavioral psychology, Albert is taking an opportunity with Berwick Area Transitional Services to help provide a base for people in need and want to build a better situation for themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Albert has a jack-of-all-trades style of interests and hobbies. Ranging from 3D art and videogame design to being an avid herpetoculturalist and naturalist. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
